The ideal coaching candidate is open to new experience, accountable, and eager to make the commitment to grow into new capabilities. Similar to seeing a personal trainer at the gym, consistency in coaching is key to achieving lasting change. For this reason, I recommend enrolling in at least six sessions (three months) to keep you focused as you encounter unexpected challenges along the way. That said, single sessions can also provide excellent insight, and I encourage you to choose the frequency you’re most comfortable with.

If you're a human resources director or manager interested in bringing clarity, communication, and increased morale into your workplace: on-site employee & management coaching, work / life balance presentations, and custom workshops are also available for corporate clients.

Privacy policy: All spoken and written communication with be honored with a highest commitment to privacy.

Payment terms: Cash, check and credit card accepted.

Cancellation policy: Element reserves your appointment time especially for you. Please give 24 hours' notice when canceling a session. All clients canceling 24 hours or less before a scheduled appointment are responsible for the full cost of the booked session.

Refund policy: If, after paying for a package in advance, you are not delighted with your coaching experience, the remainder of the package will be gladly refunded to you.

Rate Structure

Individuals:

	Initial consultation - $0
	Single sessions - $90
	Starter package - $185 per month for two months (includes four total sessions, custom program design, and a reading selection)
	Standard package - $175 per month for three months (includes six total sessions, custom program design, a reading selection, and unlimited phone & email support)
	Premium package - $165 per month for six months (includes twelve total sessions, custom program design, a reading selection, unlimited phone & email support, and personal accompaniment to a class, lecture, or shopping trip)
