What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a type of personal development counseling that relies on a strong and mutually respectful partnership between the coach and the client. The objective of coaching is to help you reach a point where you can continually practice awareness and generate action around a personal quality you want to cultivate.

Because each person is beautifully unique, there's no set program at Element. During your free consultation, we'll discuss what brings you to coaching, get to know each other, and answer any questions you might have. You'll leave this session with more clarity around your situation and some ideas on how to move forward.

Once we decide to work together, we'll schedule an intake, during which we discuss your presenting issue and how it's showing up in your life. Afterwards, I'll design a custom program to help you achieve your personal goal. This program could include any combination of recommendations, such as journal questions, practices, readings – even films or music. My aim will be to challenge you enough to encourage lasting change, while being mindful of your daily responsibilities.

Once it's underway, your individualized coaching experience will allow you to make healthy choices for yourself for years to come, giving you the confidence to move purposefully towards a more fulfilling life.
